After breakfast we drive to Plitvice at around 9 a.m. Plitvice Lakes is the oldest, largest and most visited national park in Croatia. It is a string of 16 smaller and bigger lakes of crystal clear waters. Lakes cascade into each other over magnificent waterfalls making one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world, a UNESCO Natural Heritage Site since 1979. The murmur of water and beautiful nature fills your soul as you walk in the company of an experienced guide. Lunch at a local restaurant is included in the price. Around 6 p.m. we leave for Krasno, near Northern Velebit National Park. Dinner and overnight stay in konoba Jure in Krasno.
After breakfast we walk to Northern Velebit National Park, the youngest of 8 National Parks in Croatia. This area of Velebit Nature park is a mosaic of habitats for numerous species of plants and animals and this rich biodiversity is one of the main reasons why this area has been declared a National Park.
Return to tavern „Jure“ around 5 p.m., dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast we leave for Paklenica National Park, the second oldest national park in Croatia. Paklenica is best known for its geomorphological peculiarities and for its lush forests of black pine in the area of southern Velebit which is mostly bare. Black pine resin that local people call paklina is where the name Paklenica originates from. Return to konoba „Jure“ around 5 p.m., dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast we leave for Kornati, a group of islands 2/3 of which make Kornati National Park. The islands of Žut and Sita aren't a part of the park although they are geographically, culturally and geomorphologically a part of this unique group of islands. Since 1980 a lot of scientific research has been carried out on the geological, meteorological, geographical, biological and other peculiarities of the islands. Researchers have listed 537 species of plants, 226 species of brown algae, 850 species of living organisms in the sea, including 579 species of invertebrates, 160 species of fish, one species of turtle and three species of mammals including the mediterranean monk seal which is unfortunately extinct in these waters. We will have lunch at a local restaurant (included in the price) inside the National Park. Around 7 p.m. we leave for „Skradinski buk“, a small family hotel at the seaside entrance of Krka National Park. Dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast we go trekking through Krka National Park. Situated in the heart of Šibenik – Knin County, it covers 109 km2 of the most beautiful parts of Krka and Čikola basin.
Lunch at a local restaurant is included in the price. Return to hotel at around 7 p.m. Dinner and overnight stay.
Dubrovnik is one of the most beautiful mediterranean towns. A magical fortress surrounded by 1940 meters of stone walls, the world's second most visited outdoor museum, is sure to take your breath away. Fantastic vistas tempt you to take photos so you could enjoy them over and over again and museums tell stories of famous Dubrovnik Republic, of how Princes lived, how wheat was stored and numerous other details from history of Dubrovnik.
You'll have lunch at a local restaurant (included in the price), dinner and overnight stay at a hotel.
After breakfast you can relax walking around Dubrovnik. Departure is planned around 1 p.m.
